Ingredients
  

1 pound ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

4 hamburger buns

Lettuce, tomato, and any other preferred toppings

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties.

      Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Carefully place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

        While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns lightly in a separate skillet or in a toaster.

          Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and any additional toppings you desire. Place the top half of the bun over the toppings.
