1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground pork

1 cup mashed potatoes (prepared, preferably leftover)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup green onions, chopped (whites and greens)

1 large egg

1/2 cup bread crumbs (seasoned if possible)

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup BBQ sauce (for topping)

1/4 cup sour cream (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
