2 large naan breads

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup spinach leaves

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the naan bases: Place the naan breads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush them lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.

      Spread the tzatziki: Evenly divide the tzatziki sauce over the surface of each naan, spreading it out to the edges.
