Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

4 large eggs

1 ripe avocado

1 tablespoon lime juice

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste (for avocado and eggs)

Instructions

Prepare the Turkey Patties: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches wide.

Cook the Patties: Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the turkey patties in batches (don't overcrowd the pan). Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from the skillet and keep warm.

Cook the Eggs: In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook to your desired doneness (sunny side up, over easy, or scrambled). Season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the Avocado: While the eggs are cooking, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with lime juice, and salt, and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Dish: On a plate, layer a turkey patty, then top it with a generous scoop of mashed avocado, and finally, place a cooked egg on top. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.

Serve: Enjoy your Turkey Breakfast Patties with Avocado and Egg warm, accompanied by your favorite whole grain toast or tortillas.
