Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened (2 sticks)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to cream them together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add in the honey, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix on low speed until incorporated, then increase to medium speed and beat for another 2 minutes until everything is well blended.

Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or cinnamon level according to your preference.

Transfer the butter to a serving dish or roll it in wax paper to create a log shape. If using wax paper, refrigerate until firm for easier slicing.

Serve the cinnamon honey butter at room temperature with warm bread, rolls, or pancakes.
