Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)

2 tablespoons agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 cup sparkling water

1/2 cup orange juice

Ice cubes

Lime wedges and strawberry slices for garnish

Coarse salt or sugar for rimming (optional)

Instructions

Begin by preparing your glass: If desired, rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip it in coarse salt or sugar to coat.

In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup. Blend until smooth.

Strain the strawberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a mixing jug or pitcher to eliminate seeds and pulp (optional, based on your texture preference).

Pour in the orange juice and gently mix.

Fill your prepared glass with ice cubes, then pour the strawberry-lime mixture over the ice.

Top off with sparkling water to add a refreshing fizz and stir gently to combine.

Garnish with fresh lime wedges and strawberry slices on the rim.
