Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Avocado:

2 ripe avocados, diced

Juice of 1 lime

Salt, to taste

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Lime-Chili Sauce:

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt, to taste

For Serving:

2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower rice)

Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Shrimp:

    - In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.

      - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

        Prepare the Avocado:

          - In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocados with lime juice and a pinch of salt. Gently toss to combine and set aside.

            Make the Mango Salsa:

              - In a mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine. Adjust seasoning to taste.

                Prepare the Lime-Chili Sauce:

                  - In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lime juice, chili powder, minced garlic, and salt until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.

                    Assemble the Bowls:
