Ingredients

20 large pasta shells

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 pound cooked shrimp, chopped

1/2 pound cooked scallops, chopped

1/4 cup crab meat, drained

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Prepare the Shells: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Add the chopped shrimp, scallops, and crab. Stir in minced garlic, parsley, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Stuff the Shells: Fill each cooked pasta shell with the seafood mixture using a spoon or piping bag, ensuring they're generously stuffed.

Assemble the Dish: Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish, seam side up. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle with extra mozzarella cheese if desired.

Bake: Drizzle olive oil over the top. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve: Once done, let the stuffed shells cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with additional parsley for a fresh touch.
