Ingredients
  

4 cups diced watermelon, seeds removed

1 cup coconut water

1 banana, frozen (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

A handful of fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the diced watermelon and coconut water. Blend on high until smooth.

    Add the frozen banana, lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and fresh mint leaves into the blender. Blend again until all ingredients are well incorporated.

      If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes and blend until smooth.

        Taste and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or agave syrup.

          Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with additional mint leaves or watermelon slices if desired.

            Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste!
