1 banana, sliced (preferably frozen for creaminess)

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added nutrition)

Instructions
 

If using fresh peaches, peel and pit them. If using frozen, allow them to sit at room temperature for a few minutes until slightly thawed.
