Ingredients
  

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

4 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup marshmallow fluff

Pinch of salt

Optional: food coloring for a pop of color

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium speed until creamy and pale, about 2-3 minutes.

    Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low to avoid a sugar cloud. Once combined, increase speed to medium and blend until fluffy.

      Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Beat until fully incorporated.

        Gently fold in the marshmallow fluff until the mixture is smooth and light.

          If using, add a few drops of food coloring and mix until you reach the desired hue.

            Taste and adjust sugar or flavoring as needed.
