Ingredients

12 slider rolls or small hoagie buns

1 pound sliced genoa salami

1 pound sliced ham

1 pound sliced pepperoni

1 pound sliced provolone cheese

1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1 cup banana peppers, sliced (optional)

1/2 cup marinara sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Slider Rolls: Cut the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a large baking dish or tray.

Layer the Meats: Begin layering the sliced meats on the bottom half of the rolls. Start with the genoa salami, then add the ham, followed by the pepperoni.

Add Cheese and Peppers: Place a layer of provolone cheese on top of the meats. Add the roasted red peppers and banana peppers for an extra kick.

Drizzle with Marinara: Spoon the marinara sauce evenly over the cheese layer. Be generous so every bite is flavorful!

Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Drizzle this mixture over the stacked ingredients to enhance the flavors.

Top and Bake: Place the top halves of the slider rolls on and gently press down. Cover the whole dish with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Crisp Up the Sliders: Remove the aluminum foil and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, then cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
