Ingredients

For the Wraps:

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup pickles, sliced

For the Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon sugar

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Special Sauce: In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and fully combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Warm Tortillas: To make the wraps pliable, heat each tortilla briefly in a dry skillet over low heat for about 15 seconds on each side. This will make them easier to fold.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla on a flat surface. On the lower half of the tortilla, layer 1/4 of the cooked ground beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced pickles, and a generous drizzle of the special sauce.

Wrap It Up: Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Repeat for the remaining tortillas and fillings.

Grill (Optional): For an added touch, you can grill the wraps on a stovetop grill pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy.

Serve: Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra special sauce for dipping.
