Healthy Grilled Chicken Ranch Wraps

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole wheat tortillas

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 avocado, sliced

½ cup Greek yogurt ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts to coat evenly.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Place the seasoned chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. (An internal temperature of 165°F is ideal.)

      Rest and Slice: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then slice it into thin strips.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a tablespoon or two of Greek yogurt ranch dressing in the center of the tortilla. Top with chopped romaine lettuce, sliced grilled chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and avocado slices.

          Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a tight wrap. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.

            Serve: Serve the wraps immediately while warm, drizzled with extra ranch dressing if desired, and garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley.
