4 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and sliced

For the crumble topping:

1 cup rolled oats (ensure gluten-free if necessary)

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted (or vegan butter)

1/4 cup brown sugar (or coconut sugar for a healthier option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon (additional for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven:

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.

      Prepare the Pear Filling:
