1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For Savory Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz fettuccine or pasta of your choice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)

Additional parsley, for garnish

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.

    Prepare the Chicken Bites: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

      Add Chicken: Toss in the chicken bites and season with smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

        Combine Chicken and Pasta: Lower the heat, and add the cooked pasta directly to the skillet with the chicken. Stir to combine.

          Make the Sauce: In a separate saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Pour in the heavy cream and garlic powder, then whisk until combined. Slowly add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached.

            Combine and Serve: Pour the creamy Parmesan sauce over the chicken and pasta mixture. Toss gently to coat everything evenly. If using peas, add them now and stir until heated through.
