1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (or a mix of oregano, basil, and thyme)

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken bites with salt, pepper, and paprika. Make sure they are evenly coated for maximum flavor.

    Melt the Butter: In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Once the butter is bubbling, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
