Ingredients
  

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

1 cup strawberries, sliced

1 cup mango, diced

1 medium banana, sliced

1/2 cup blueberries

1/4 cup coconut flakes, toasted

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup

1 teaspoon lime zest

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Lime wedges for serving
