2 cups beef broth

2 cups egg noodles

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with chopped onion and minced garlic until the meat is cooked through. Drain excess fat.

Transfer the cooked beef mixture to the slow cooker.

Stir in the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Cover and set the crockpot to low heat for 4 hours.

After 4 hours, add the egg noodles to the crockpot, stirring gently to combine. Cover and cook for an additional hour or until the noodles are tender.

Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Serve hot, ensuring to garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
