Easy Cowboy Butter Chicken

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish lightly with cooking spray or brush with oil.

    Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps them brown better and prevents steaming.

      Make Cowboy Butter: In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, thyme, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
