4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko recommended for extra crunch)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

      Set up the breading station: In another shallow dish, beat the eggs until smooth. In a third shallow dish, add the breadcrumbs.

        Bread the chicken: Coat each chicken breast in the seasoned flour, shaking off excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, and then press into the breadcrumbs to fully coat. Place the breaded chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
