500g ground chicken

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Panko for extra crispiness)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

1/2 cup diced onion

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Oil for frying

Mix the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, diced onion, minced garlic, egg, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Form Patties: Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties about 1/2 inch thick. Make sure they are compact to avoid breaking apart during cooking.

      Chill the Patties: Place the patties on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. This helps them hold their shape and will improve their texture when cooked.

        Heat the Oil: In a large skillet, heat about 1/4 inch of oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking (approximately 350°F or 175°C).
