Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef (preferably lean)

1 cup sweet corn (canned or frozen)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Add the ground beef, seasoning with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 6-8 minutes.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the sweet corn, heavy cream, and ranch dressing. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly thickened, around 3-5 minutes.

Mix in Cheese and Pasta: Lower the heat to medium-low and fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and well incorporated. Gently stir in the cooked bowtie pasta until evenly coated.

Serve: Remove from heat. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy! Scoop onto plates and enjoy the creamy, savory flavors of your skillet dish!
