Ingredients

2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 cups blueberries

2 cups seedless grapes, halved

1 cup pineapple, diced

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup whipped cream

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, halved grapes, diced pineapple, and sliced kiwi. Gently toss the fruit together to mix.

Make the Creamy Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the whipped cream, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using) until smooth and well blended.

Combine: Pour the creamy dressing over the mixed fruit. Gently fold the dressing into the fruit until everything is well coated.

Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour. This allows the flavors to meld and gives the fruit a refreshing chill.

Serve: Before serving, give the salad a gentle stir. Transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Enjoy!
