2 cups cottage cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 small bell pepper, diced (any color)

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes, for added heat

    Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
