1 cup cottage cheese

1 cup shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or celery sticks (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, and buffalo sauce. Mix until well blended and smooth.

      Add in the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

        Transfer the chicken dip mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

          Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the edges are bubbly.

            Once baked, remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions.

              Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.
