Ingredients

200g ramen noodles

300g boneless chicken breast, sliced thinly

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 bell pepper (red or yellow), sliced

1 cup snap peas, trimmed

2 green onions, chopped (white and green parts separated)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Sesame seeds for garnish

Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Ramen Noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually about 3-5 minutes). Drain, rinse with cold water to stop cooking, and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and golden. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil if needed. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and the white parts of the green onions. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the Veggies: Toss in the sliced bell pepper and snap peas. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender, but still crisp.

Combine Everything: Return the cooked chicken to the skillet along with the cooked ramen noodles. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2 minutes.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat. Top with the green parts of the green onions, a sprinkle of sesame seeds, and chopped cilantro if using. Serve immediately.
