12 oz ziti pasta

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 pound chicken breast, diced

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Ziti: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the ziti according to package instructions until al dente. Five minutes before it's done, add the broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer.
