Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach leaves

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Olive oil for brushing

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

    Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Place an even portion of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla, leaving about an inch of space from the edges.

      On top of the chicken mixture, add a handful of fresh spinach leaves and a few cherry tomato halves for freshness and crunch.

        Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose the filling securely.

          Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Brush the outside of each wrap lightly with olive oil.

            Place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the filling is warm and melty.

              Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute before slicing them in half. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce or salsa.
