Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

    Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. On one half of the tortilla, place a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture, leaving a small border around the edges. Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves on top of the chicken mixture.

      Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling, enclosing it well. Press down gently to secure the wrap.

        Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the wraps are golden brown and crispy.

          Once cooked, remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly. Cut each wrap in half, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or salad on the side.
