1 lb ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley for garnish

Prepare the Potatoes:

    - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

      - In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.

        - Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender, flipping halfway through.

          Cook the Steak Bites:

              - Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
