Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1 cup sour cream

4 large eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-cup Bundt pan thoroughly to prevent sticking.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In another bowl, combine the sour cream, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing just until combined. Do not overmix.

Gently fold in the chopped walnuts or pecans and the fresh blueberries.

Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving for an elegant touch.
