2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)

1/2 cup coleslaw mix

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

12 slider buns

1 cup sliced pickles (optional)

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the BBQ sauce. Stir until the chicken is well-coated. Set aside to warm up to room temperature or you can heat it on medium-low in a saucepan for 5-7 minutes.

    Make the Slaw: In another bowl, mix the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss together until the mixture is evenly coated.

      Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half. Place the bottom half of each bun on a serving platter. Generously spoon the BBQ chicken mixture onto each bun. Top with a spoonful of coleslaw and a few slices of pickles if using. Finally, place the top half of the bun over each slider.
