1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup cooked jasmine rice

1 cup steamed broccoli florets

½ cup shredded carrots

½ cup edamame, shelled

¼ cup green onions, sliced

½ cup cilantro, chopped

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust according to spice preference)

1 teaspoon lime juice

Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
