4 large russet potatoes

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

    Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub the russet potatoes thoroughly. Pat them dry and cut each potato into wedges (about 8 wedges per potato, depending on size).

      Season the Wedges: In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, oregano, black pepper, and salt. Add the potato wedges and toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoned oil mixture.

        Add Parmesan Cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned potato wedges and toss again to ensure each wedge is well coated.
