Ingredients

1 lb sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Steak: Start by trimming any excess fat from the sirloin steak. Cut it into 1-inch cubes and place them in a medium bowl.

Make the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.

Marinate the Steak: Pour the marinade over the steak cubes, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator for more flavor.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Air Fry the Steak Bites: Place the marinaded steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Cook: Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even browning and doneness. Cook until they reach your desired level of doneness (135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium).

Serve: Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
