2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

    While the air fryer heats up, pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps achieve a crispy exterior.

      In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.

        Rub the marinade all over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let the chicken sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

          Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with cooking oil to prevent sticking.

            Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to work in batches.

              Cook the chicken at 390°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is golden brown.

                Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
