1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup cherry pie filling (store-bought or homemade)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Cooking spray

Optional: additional powdered sugar for dusting

Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

    Roll Out the Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface. Pinch the seams together to ensure each triangle is solid.

      Assemble the Croissants:
